Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie
This is classic comfort food and who doesn't love it on a chilly day. My family loves chicken pot pie and this makes it so easy to make.

Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
Put diced onion and celery on top of chicken.
In a bowl, combine cream of chicken, milk, garlic powder, thyme, salt & pepper, and whisk until mixed well. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high heat for 4 hours or on low heat for 8 hours.
About 30 minutes before done, take out the chicken and shred with two forks. Put back into the slow cooker and stir in the bag of vegetables and parsley. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
About 20 minutes before the soup is done, preheat the oven to 400° F.
Bake the biscuits according to the instructions on the label.
Serve soup and put a biscuit on top–enjoy!
